Kelly Carnival Celebrates Positive Behavior

On April 4 & 5, students at Kelly Primary School visited a special carnival as a reward for positive behavior. The carnival is just one way the school is encouraging positive behavior among students. Typical carnival games and “prizes,” as well as snow cones, were available.
