District Representatives Present at Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials Conference
Ed Donovan, Board President, and Dr. Dan Matsook, our liaison for the PPS/WSD partnership, presented “Partner or Parish: Collaboration Saves A Historic Urban District” at the annual Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials conference last week. They talked about how our administration and board deliberated and finally approved a partnership with Pittsburgh Public Schools.

On Tuesday, the Pittsburgh Promise board voted unanimously to make Wilkinsburg students who graduate from Pittsburgh Public Schools eligible to receive Promise Scholarships beginning with the class of 2017.
