| Johnston Jumps Rope for Heart! |

Students at Johnston Elementary participated in "Jump Rope and Hoops for Heart," sponsored by the American Heart Association on February 19, 2010. By participating, students helped raise money for children with heart defects, and also learned the importance of regular, physical activity.

Principal's Message
I am proud to be the educational leader of an excellent school consisting of a committed staff, wonderful students and a caring community. Working together, success is inevitable.
We have come a long way in recent years, but we know that we still have higher goals to accomplish. We must always be diligent and on task, for the road ahead is not easy. Our expectations for our children must be set high. Our students can accomplish anything they set their minds to if we believe they can, and if we all work together to do our best. I pledge to do my part. Thank you for doing yours! Together, we will be "Structuring for Success."
