Students at Johnston Elementary School collected change as part of the "Pennies for Patients" program to raise money for people afflicted with leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. "Pennies for Patients" is a three-week campaign that raises money to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphona Society.

Principal's Message
I am proud to be the educational leader of an excellent school consisting of a committed staff, wonderful students and a caring community. Working together, success is inevitable.
We have come a long way in recent years, but we know that we still have higher goals to accomplish. We must always be diligent and on task, for the road ahead is not easy. Our expectations for our children must be set high. Our students can accomplish anything they set their minds to if we believe they can, and if we all work together to do our best.
