| Wilkinsburg Academy 9th grader Khadijah Miller was named the March 3rd Pittsburgh Tribune-Review Young Achiever. Ms. Miller was acknowledged by Wilkinsburg Academy for perfect attendance this school year and for being on the high honor roll. Khadijah, in addition to being a new mom, and her studies at the Academy, volunteers for the Greater Pittsburgh Community Foodbank, the Pittsburgh Storehouse and Forbes Road Nursing Home. When asked about her achievements in school, Ms. Miller said, "Wilkinsburg Academy has helped me by giving me people to talk to and help with my school work.
