WTAE news anchor Kelly Frey reads to Kelly Elementary School students to celebrate Dr. Seuss's 101st birthday on March 2. 2007 marked the tenth anniversary of Read Across America Day. Students at all three Wilkinsburg elementary schools celebrated by welcoming guest readers from around the community to read from the works of Dr. Seuss and other favorite children's authors.
