Job Description: In addition to tutoring, monitor and coach tutors, assist with professional development; analyze and use assessment data to guide tutorial instruction and interventions to address changing academic needs; fulfill compliance requirements and deadlines for the Wilkinsburg School District. Coaching of tutors; maintenance and timely submission of accurate EAP documents, weekly lead tutor meetings; collecting and analyzing data; conferring with Site Manager. Performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Hours are Mon thru Thurs 3:00 - 4:30 p.m.

Salary: $20.00 per hour

EETT Instructional Technology Coach

Qualifications: Possession of an advanced educational degree (M.S., Ed.S., Ph.D/Ed.D) and/or certifications in support of curriculum and technology integration in the core academic areas. Current Act 34 Clearance and Act 151 Child Abuse Statement required. Three or more years of teaching experience.

Job Description: The Coach’s primary focus will be to assist teachers in successfully integrating the use of effective strategies and multiple technologies in order to differentiate and enhance student learning. The Coach will enable teachers to provide an environment of learning with technology for all students, never limiting students to learning from technology. The Coach will support teachers to create instructional environments in which students: (1) use higher order cognitive skills to construct meaning or knowledge; (2) engage in disciplined inquiry; (3) work on products that have value beyond school; and (4) become creators of content, not merely passive receivers of content.

Salary: Grant-funded for one year. Continuation contingent upon fund availability.
