Metro Community Health Center (MCHC) will provide on-site medical services at Kelly Primary and Turner Intermediate throughout the 2025-2026 school year to support students, families, and staff. Each visit will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

If you or someone in your family is interested in receiving services from MCHC, you must complete a Patient Registration Pack. You can digitally fill out and submit the forms online using the Online Patient Registration Webform.
