The Allegheny County Schools Health Insurance Consortium (“Consortium”) provides participating school districts, vocational schools, community colleges, and other eligible organizations in Allegheny County and surrounding areas with pooled financial resources for the payment of medical costs incurred by the employees of participating organizations. Retirement Account 

Wilkinsburg School District offers our eligible employees the opportunity to save for retirement by participating in a 403(b) Tax-Sheltered Account (TSA) Plan.  All employees, except for private contractors, appointed/elected trustees and/or school board members, and student workers, are eligible to participate in the 403(b) Plan immediately upon employment.  You can participate in this plan by making pre-tax contributions.  The 403(b) Plan is a valuable retirement savings option.
