Superintendent Evaluation

According to the Pennsylvania School Code, all school districts are required to develop objective performance standards and post them on their websites. The Superintendent must be mutually agreed upon by both the Board and the Superintendent. To that end, the Wilkinsburg School District Board of Directors and Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Jocelyn Artinger, have mutually agreed upon four focus areas, each with multiple Key Performance Indicators:

  • District Operations
  • Teaching and Learning
  • Culture and Climate
  • Stakeholder Relationships

The Wilkinsburg School District Board of Directors rated Dr. Artinger as Distinguished for the 2025-2026 school year.
