Student Dress Code
The Wilkinsburg School District is a uniform district, following District Dress Code Policy #221. All Kindergarten through 6th-grade students are required to wear uniforms daily unless a designated dress-down day is announced.
Approved Uniform Items:
- Shirts: Solid-colored, collared shirts in white, red, or blue (any shade).
- Bottoms: Solid pants, skirts, dresses, or knee-length shorts in khaki or navy.
Prohibited Items:
- Open-toed shoes, flip-flops, or slides.
- Muscle shirts, tank tops, halter tops, or spaghetti strap tops.
- Head coverings (except for religious or medical reasons).
