Pandemic-related school closures created a ripple effect in the lives of our students, families, and staff. We acknowledge the extraordinary challenge that this presented for many and thank you for your support and understanding as we all navigated the unknowns together.
The future remains uncertain, but we are developing plans and options for returning to school in the fall following all applicable guidance and health precautions. Plans may involve (1) full-day traditional in-person instruction, (2) a blended combination of online instruction and traditional in-person instruction with alternate schedule options, and (3) virtual online instruction only. The virtual online school option will mean that students will remain home full time and continue to receive instruction with their live classroom teacher using the Google Classroom. This Google Classroom method of online instruction will be enhanced and the completion of assignments, grades, and attendance will be required by students. The blended combination of online instruction and traditional in-person instruction options will mean that students will alternate weeks and come to school one week for traditional in-person instruction and remain home one week for online instruction.
Please help us learn from you about your experience during the spring 2020 closure so that we might be better prepared in the future. Please take a moment to answer the following questions at the link below. Please understand that all options may not be feasible.
