Attendance
Regular attendance and arriving on time are essential to your child's academic success. We appreciate your partnership in helping students develop positive attendance habits.
Instruction begins promptly at 8:45 a.m. Students should arrive before this time and be ready to learn. Students who arrive after 8:45 a.m. will be marked tardy in accordance with district attendance policies.
Reporting an Absence
We understand that students may occasionally need to miss school due to illness or unexpected circumstances. If your child is absent, an excuse must be submitted within three (3) school days of their return to school.
Families may submit an excuse using one of the following methods:
- Send a written excuse with your child when they return to school
- Complete the Kelly Primary Online Attendance Excuse Form
- Email your excuse to absentexcuse@wilkinsburgschools.org
