Pittsburgh Westinghouse Academy 6- 12
Since 2016, Wilkinsburg School District students in grades 7–12 have attended Pittsburgh Westinghouse Academy 6-12 through a partnership with Pittsburgh Public Schools (PPS).
Pittsburgh Westinghouse Academy serves students from Wilkinsburg, Homewood, Point Breeze, East Liberty, and Highland Park. The school is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and innovative learning environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Magnet School Opportunities
Pittsburgh Public Schools offers a variety of magnet schools and specialized programs that allow students to explore their interests, talents, and career goals through unique educational opportunities.
Because magnet schools are not neighborhood-based, eligible students from across the Pittsburgh Public Schools district may apply for admission through the district's magnet application process.
