Transcript Requests

To request a transcript, please email your completed request form to Renee Bush at bushre@wilkinsburgschools.org. 

To ensure your request can be processed, please include the student's full name while enrolled in the district and graduation year. All transcript requests will be returned by email or fax within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.
