In accordance with federal and state laws, each school district, along with other public agencies in the Commonwealth, must identify, locate, and evaluate all children who may need special education programs and services due to a disability. 

 

This notice is intended to assist in locating those children, inform families, and explain parents' rights regarding the confidentiality of information collected during this process.
